Q: When should I expect my delivery?

Between 10am - 1pm FY8, FY7, FY6, FY5, PR4, FY3 0
Between 12pm - 2pm FY2
Between 11am - 3pm PR1, PR2, PR5
Between 12pm - 4pm FY4, FY3, FY1

Q: What are the cut of times for placing an order for same or next day delivery?

We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. For next day delivery you must place your order before 7pm. For example, if you would like your order delivered on Monday then you must place your order before 7pm on Sunday. We deliver orders Monday to Saturday in Blackpool and the Fylde and on a Thursday in Preston, excluding public holidays.

Q: Can I request an eariler delivery time?

Our drivers are on a strict route so that Andy Meatman deliveries are as efficient as humanly possible which means we do not change the order in which the deliveries happen. It is things like this that allow us to continue to bring your meat at affordable prices. In some special circumstances we may allow a driver to alter their route but this is at their discresion and providing it does not cause any delay to other customers. If you must have your order before a certain time we strongly suggest you pop in store to collect.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and card in store and on delivery.

Q: What time will my order arrive?

We try our utmost to stick to the times that are given, they are estimated times of delivery and unfortunately, there are several factors that can affect these times e.g. weather, traffic etc. If the driver believes he is going to be delayed unreasonably he will at his first convenience contact you and let you know this is this case, either via a text or a phone call. This is why we ask for your telephone numbers during the ordering process and for no other reason. Delivery times for Blackpool and the Fylde Coast are as follows:

  • 11am – 1pm FY8 / PR / FY3-0 / FY6 / FY5
  • 12pm – 2pm Fleetwood FY7
  • 1:30pm – 3:30pm FY1 / FY2 / FY3 – 8
  • 2:30pm – 4:30pm FY3–9 / FY4

Please ensure you select a delivery day that’s suitable for yourself based on the approx delivery times above. We deliver 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday.

Orders

Q: What do I do with problems with the order I have reveived?

If you have a problem with the order you receive you must contact us within 24 hours after you have taken delivery. After this time we will be unable to replace/refund your order. If your query relates to an order you’ve already placed but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct any problems for you.

Q: What happens if items I order become unavailable?

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so. Please note all weights advertised are approximate weights and subject to availability.
