Ordering & Delivery Information

SAME DAY DELIVERIES

If you want your order delivered the same day as ordering please make sure you’ve completed checkout before 7:00am that morning.

NEXT DAY DELIVERIES

We close the order for next day delivery at 11:59pm to allow us time to process the orders for the next day.

For example, if you would like your order delivered on Monday then you must place your order before 11:59pm on Sunday. If you miss this cut off time you can still get it delivered if you place your order online before 7am on the morning of the day you want to receive it.

We don’t carry out any deliveries on a Sunday and public holidays such as Christmas. Our unit shop is also open for business 6 days a week Monday – Saturday should you prefer to collect your order personally.

If you have a problem with the order you receive you must contact us within 24 hours after delivery.  After this time we will be unable to replace/refund your order.

If your query relates to an order you’ve already placed but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we may correct any problems for you.

We kindly ask that all customers when ordering for delivery to their home or work address ensure they’re in to receive their order.

We understand that things can change so if you think you might not be in when our delivery driver arrives, you are welcome to request we leave your order with a neighbour or work colleague (as long as you’ve paid for your order online). If you cannot be in on the times stated on the delivery information page please give us an alternative address where to deliver to (next door etc.) or where we can leave you delivery (leave in garage, porch, etc).

Please contact us if you want us to do this as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

STILL NEED HELP?

Our drivers have a strict route to stick to and only by their discretion will they alter their route for an individual order providing it will not cause delay to other orders.

If possible, we kindly ask that you pop by our unit to collect your order for convenience to yourself.

We try our utmost to stick to the times that are given, they are estimated times of delivery and unfortunately, there are several factors that can affect these times e.g. weather, traffic etc.

If the driver believes he is going to be delayed unreasonably he will at his first convenience contact you and let you know this is this case, either via a text or a phone call. This is why we ask for your telephone numbers during the ordering process and for no other reason.

Delivery times for Blackpool and the Fylde Coast are as follows:

11am – 1pm
FY8 / PR / FY3-O / FY6 / FY5

12pm – 2pm
Fleetwood FY7

1:30pm – 3:30pm
FY1 / FY2 / FY3 – 8

2:30pm – 4:30pm
FY3 – 9 / FY4

Please ensure you select a delivery day that’s suitable for yourself based on the approx delivery times above.

We deliver 6 days a week, Monday – Saturday!

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we will attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected lines be unavailable unless you request us not to do so.
